My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived because the exterior is misleadingly. But the apartment was clean, decorated nicely and smelled great! The beds are really comfortable as well. I usually don’t sleep well when I’m away from home, but I had the best sleep here. The location was great as well…literally minutes away from event venues and restaurants. Eric was friendly and very responsive too. 10 out of 10 recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

This apartment was an amazing find for a trip to AT&T stadium! It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our family to enjoy the Cowboys game. It was one of the cleanest and well kept rentals I have been in. The short walk to the stadium could not be beat, which is why we came. For other guests, beware there is some noise from the stadium’s designated rv lot which is behind the building. We could hear music well into the night. However, even with young children, it was not loud enough to bother us any or interfere with our sleep. We also knew being that close to the stadium would result in some surrounding fan noise! It was well worth it to us as we are also fans. This place would work just as well for 6 adults as it did for our family of four. My husband kept commenting about how on earth I managed to secure our stay at such a great location for the game. On top of everything, Eric was a very nice and helpful host. 5 stars and great hosting! Will visit again!

Eric muy amable en contestar y enviar información precisa de los detalles de llegada y servicios, inclusive recomendaciones y sugerencias. El departamento muy limpio, ordenado, con los servicios adecuados y de calidad en recamaras, baños y cocina, un pequeño escritorio para trabajar, WiFi rápido, aire acondicionado automático. Estacionamiento frente al departamento. En resumen tuvimos una extraordinaria estancia que sin duda volveremos a rentar cuando volvamos, totalmente recomendable.

Eric’s place was clean and the perfect location for attending an event at the AT&T stadium! Eric was very responsive and helpful to us. There were many other restaurants and activities in the area. We will definitely keep his place in mind when we’re in Arlington again!
